Discretely lodged at the end corner of a shopping alley, the restaurant has a small room with a limited number of tables. The approach is clear: the cook operates alone in the kitchen, and serves the plates to the clients. His vision: to collect feedback directly from the customer. Bistronomique quality, inventive menu with limited yet sufficient choice, some classic dishes with a twist, and everything with balanced flavours and rational prices. The cook is gentle and pleasant, the clients are essentially locals, with a taste for authentic cuisine. Be patient after you order, play pool or chess at the back of the room, or speak with the neighbouring table, until your dish appears. You won’t miss it.

Casually found it on our stop in Borne. Great 3 course dinner menu’. Great dishes, creative mix of very tastefull ingredients. The chef does it all, with ficus and precision. Do not miss it if you are nearby!!!!

Perfect. So so nice service and perfect food. We have been here twice during our stay in le lavandou, because it was such a nice experience. We will be back next year :)
